Returns and Refunds
At mySlipfree we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience and be excited by your purchase. If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, we will gladly exchange it or give you your money back.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. It must also have the swing tag still attached, so please try your Slipfree for size before you remove the hang tag. If you would like to exchange your goods, please include a prepaid self addressed envelope for us to send your replacement Slipfree to you. If no prepaid envelope is included normal postal charges will be charged back to you.
Please inform us of any exchanges or refunds via email on email@example.com and state the nature of your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us by style number and a brief description which item you would prefer. The item from the original order will be returned first and a new order will be processed. Any variance in money will be refunded to you, or charged accordingly. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
If you are returning faulty, damaged or incorrect items we will pay for the cost of postage. Please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall organize this.
